The EU executive’s planning to open a string of new offices across the globe to help small and medium sized companies expand.
Millions of Euros will be pumped into the advice centres to help European companies grappling with the legal and cultural challenges of working with new markets.
Funding's already been provided for the offices in India and China, however China hasn't been able to open its doors yet due to a dispute over which organisation should run it.
A European Business and Technology Centre in New Delhi, India has been open since late 2008 with a total budget of €14.5 million to be spent over an eight year period.
There are also plans for it to expand into three more Indian hubs.
